Emile graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2011, obtaining her BAcc (Hons) degree. She completed her articles at a medium-sized audit firm in Cape Town, where she continued her career and progressed to the role of Audit Manager. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2014 and was registered as an Assessor in 2018.

In 2025, she further enhanced her professional credentials by obtaining her Registered Auditor (RA) designation and registering with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA). Emile has gained valuable experience in financial reporting, having served as a Financial Reporter to the EMEA, Group Financial Controller and CFO. Her core expertise lies in auditing companies across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on IFRS and IFRS for SMEs frameworks.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Emile enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She has a passion for outdoor activities, including camping and gardening.
