Alicia, completed her traineeship at LDP from 2014 to 2016, where she developed a strong foundation in audit and assurance. In 2017, she gained experience in the equity investment environment, working as a trader with responsibilities that included investment research and advisory.

She returned to LDP in 2018 as an Audit Senior and continued to grow within the firm. In 2019, Alicia was appointed as the Head of the IT department, and in 2026 she was promoted to Associate Director of IT. She is eligible to register as a Chartered Accountant (SA) and is currently pursuing her Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification through ISACA. Alicia has a strong passion for IT audits, systems auditing, and driving system and productivity enhancements.

Outside of her professional commitments, Alicia is a registered Advanced Diver and enjoys spending time at the sea. She values quality time with her husband and her dogs.
